business organization to attain higher growth. The use of digital technologies is beneficial for
firm as it define various areas to develop their activities. As number of business organization use
digital technologies for implementing their activities which may lead in saving cost and time of
the company. In addition of this, one of the main advantage of using digital technology within
the business organization is to increase reputation of the firm in front of customers by providing
them better services. It includes various tools such as social media cloud technologies, resources
and many more to make overall process of the firm easy and simple as well (Berman and et. al.,
2012). This will contribute in developing positive brand image of the company at market place.
Current research is based on Mr. John Watches i.e. a small company who wants to
expand their business activities in another new areas with the purposes of establishing
competitive image. For attaining the same, company implement the concept of digital technology
within their activities through which they can easily reach large number of customers and
provide them quality services as per their needs and wants. In this context, cloud technology is
more beneficial for administration department of the company because it help in sharing, storing
and filing the information in effective manner. With the assistance of this, company can easily
assess to share pools of information and data. The main aim of Mr. John is to enhance their
profitability level by implementing cloud technology within their business activities.

Concept of digital technology play crucial role in providing opportunities to small
business organization to enhance their growth level at market place. It refers to various tools and
resources such as social media, cloud computing and many more to make their entire process
easy and appropriate. As per current scenario, use of digital technology is important because it
help in increasing the chances of attaining positive outcomes and at the same time also

help of this, company can easily manage data and information without any kind of issues. It also

store all the relevant information about customers, staff members and its activities as well. This

From the mentioned report, it can be concluded that, cloud technology play vital role in
managing all the data and information in effective manner. This will increase the chances of
protecting the data and information from any kind of hacking. Along with this, it also support
business organization to improve the ability to enhance their credibility. In addition of this,
digital technology provide benefits to business organization through which they can easily
improve their process and at the same time, can also implement the activities to attain set goals
and objectives in appropriate time frame. Furthermore, for storing and sharing information, Mr.
John Watches use cloud technology through which they easily access the data and system. This
will directly contribute in enhancing the productivity level of the company.
5.2 Recommendation
From the above given information, it is recommended to Mr. John Watches to utilise
technology in an effective way. With this, company can expand its business operations in other
areas and can reach more number of customers. With concept of cloud computing, firm can store
huge amount of data at one place and can transfer the same from one place to another. One of the
main benefit of this feature is that it supports firm in carry out research which help manager in

technology can take place in enterprise in an effective manner and company can get a

that it makes the enterprise different from its rivals which help in attracting more number of

can better satisfy the needs of its customers in order to retain the, for a long time period. With

Reflection of research method effectiveness
Research method is necessary part and also useful for companies to finish an
investigation in a better or systematic manner. As a researcher, I used different tools to know
regarding effective technique that can be used through an investigator to achieve the better
outcomes. My main focus is on three different research methods which e are Qualitative and
Quantitative Research Method, Data Sampling. These all are helpful in collect reliable and
relevant data or information. Along with this, while carry out the research activities I faced
various issues like time and cost related that negatively impact on the overall research activities.
For overcoming from these issues, I prepare an effective planning which includes all the
activities along with specified time by this I can easily complete research activities and also
attain positive outcomes. This research helped me in enhancing my skills and knowledge about
the cloud technology through which I will easily attain opportunities in completing my future
research activities in effective manner.
Alternative research methodologies for project
Research methodology is helpful in demonstrating success of business activities in
systematic manner. Research consideration as well as objectives are connected with attaining
predetermined aims and improving them on the basis of needs. As cloud technology helpful in
enabling the ubiquitous access with the aim of sharing the high level services and configurable
system resources in order to improve the performance level of the company. The alternate
research methodologies used through an investigator is focus group and under this, there is a
group of small people. For gathering information, as a researcher I used interview as a alternative
method which help me in understanding about the research topic. BY this I can easily gather
