“To determine the impact of effective talent management strategies on
organisational success and performance”. A case study on Tesco.
Research Objectives:
To assess the role of HR in implementing talent management within
company.
To examine different talent management strategies within an organisation.
To determine relation between effective Talent Management on
performance of company.
Research questions:
What are the roles of HR while implementing talent management within the organisation?
What are the different talent management strategies?
How the company could make a strong relation between effective talent management and
their performance?
Section Two: Reasons for choosing this research project
Reasons for choosing the project (e.g. links to other subjects you are studying,
personal interest, future plans, knowledge/skills you want to improve, why the topic
is important):
Tesco, which are operating their activity in retail industry. As the competition is
increased in the market at the very high rate. So one of the important topic which
are prevailing in the market is the search of talent management in companies for
making them stronger in market. Tesco build various talent management strategies
which are helpful for them in order to become more successful (Chitu and Russo,
2020). This research is conducting to evaluate the performance of Tesco and their
employees. This research help the investigator to know more about the strategies of
talent management. The main reason to choosing Tesco from talent management,
is the need of human talent within the retail industry are too high. After the
