Reflection
I am glad to get opportunities to undertake research over the topic To understand that
impact of globalisation in increasing sales of company. It is vast and very interesting topic that
helped me in improving my skills and knowledge about globalisation concept and its impact on
overall sales as well. This research support me in my professional and personal career by making
me able to evaluate the actual or fact knowledge that how globalisation is effective for company
in multiplying the overall sales and profit rate. It is helpful for me as I also improve my research
skills, data analysis skills and other capabilities. These are beneficial for improving the outcomes
achieving the positive outcomes. Apart from this, some issues are also faced by me while
executing research activities. As time and cost related issue is major for me that put unfavourable
effect on the overall performance of research activities. In order to overcome from these issues I
have followed entire activities in ethical way and at the same time also may enhance the chances

of attaining reliable results. Along with this, also analysis the research outcomes so that I can
easily found the gap. This can be effective for my future study through which I improve the
possibilities of attaining positive and reliable outcomes.
Alternative research methodology
While undertaking research, various methods are there that help investigator in gathering
as well as analysing data in most effective manner. For this study, questionnaire is used that help
investigator in collecting authenticate about the research topic. This can be helpful because
researcher can actively accumulate reliable data that provide a base for conducting the whole
research more appropriately. In this regard, interview is treated to be an effective or alternative
research methodology that help in understanding the perception of individual through which
researcher easily take right and decision to make study successful.
At the time of conducting research, there are several issues which are faced by researcher
such as there is less time duration, budget is low, not every members are skilled and trained,
there is also lack of authenticate sources and many more. Due to this limitation project manager
go through several issues like they not able to collect proper information, not able to conduct all
activities effective because of less time and budget. Moreover they also face problems in every
level because some members of team are not much skilled as well as trained due to which
researcher need to guide them at every stage which consume time. But in order to overcome this
issue research develop a team of one experienced and one non experienced person so that they
can conduct work proper by communicating each other. Furthermore, project manager also
conduct a meeting in which they address related to importance of gaining proper research
outcome because through it members feel motivated and conduct work more effectively. In this
meeting research also able to explain in detail about the entire process of research in effectively
manner but while this some issues are faced like communication gap. In order to overcome this
they decide to select one common language which is understand by all team members. In order
to conduct future research there is suggestion for researcher that they can select interview
method instead of questionnaire because it is less expensive as well as it can be mould according
to time allotted.

CONCLUSION
From the above research, it can be concluded that, globalisation is mode of expanding the
business activities beyond the national boundaries. It helps them in improving their efficiency to
enhance their sales as well. While globalising, company face various issues like unfamiliar
culture, communication barriers, difficulties in hiring best or talent workforce within the
company. There can be negative impact of globalisation which may ultimately hamper the
performance of the entity. Thus it is summarised that, company is responsible for hiring best
talent that support them in handling all the activities operates at global level. This contributes in
providing greater chances of obtaining competitive advantage which can help it survive in the
