Globalisation is termed as procedure of effective
collaboration between individuals, organisation and
government across national boundaries. The concept
simply interconnects international economies with the
integration of markets It becomes a major considerable
part for top management team of large scale companies
to manage their corporate structure in such a manner that
does not affect their working pattern or productivity.
