There are various kinds of training and development methods so its
depends upon requirement of employees as well as company that which
kind of training they conduct. The present report provides the effective
knowledge and understanding about the importance of training and
development program for the employees as well as organisation
performance. In this report, the major objective is to analyse the
training and development program on the employee's performance with
respect of Tesco Plc. For attain this objective, scholar have implied
several methods of the research methodology and conducted primary
data collection.
