research. I also use secondary source of data collection to complete the part of literature review. I
faced various issues during completion of research. One of the main issue which I face is lack of
time. Time which was allotted to me to complete the research was not enough but still I tried my
bst to complete the research. With this research I examine that implementation of digital
technology provide so many benefits to company. Mainly this improve the marketing and
communication strategy of company. It help in communicate with customers and attract them

Reflection
Various activities are perform by a researcher in order to complete the research on a
specific topic. Different tools are use by investigator to collect and analyse the data in order to
form valid conclusion. I use primary source of data collection in present research to collect
information. I use questionnaire to gather information from respondents on the main topic of
research. I also use secondary source of data collection to complete the part of literature review. I
faced various issues during completion of research. One of the main issue which I face is lack of
time. Time which was allotted to me to complete the research was not enough but still I tried my
bst to complete the research. With this research I examine that implementation of digital
technology provide so many benefits to company. Mainly this improve the marketing and
communication strategy of company. It help in communicate with customers and attract them
towards company’s products and services.

complete a research on a particular topic. Questionnaire is used in this research for complete the
