helpful in creating respect for all diversified cultures thus, ensures better support for

Equality and Diversity thus, recommended for The Blues Kitchen restaurant as it lead to
more fair decision making and strategy formulation on the basis of mutual consent of all
employees through their effective involvement and participation.

The research method that were applied by me for current investigation is quantitative
research method that was quite effective in meeting the objectives of current research as it lead to

presentation of findings in minimum span of time. Thus, it can be evaluated that quantitative is a
effective method to achieve current research topic also lead to better development of managerial

The alternative research methodology that could be considered for current investigation is
qualitative resrch method that lead to in-depth and detailed information but it is a more complex
