Background of research topic
With the increase in level of competition and enhanced integration among economies it
become vital for organisation to look at some more effective ways and strategies that support
effective expansion of organisation and lead to effective development of employees. Creation of
equality and diversity are crucial aspects that lead to creation of more positive workplace through
ensuring fair treatment and equal opportunities for all employees that belongs to diversified
culture (Rojas, 2018). Thus, lead to more inclusive and motivated workforce with enhanced and
better skills and competencies to achieve target of better expansion and also enhance competitive
strength. Thus, the current research is conducted on The Blues Kitchen restaurant of London to
evaluate about the possible ways and Behaviours that support Equality and Diversity in the
workplace.
