Brief explanation of the nursing care plan topic you chose
Nursing care plan topic chosen for this research project is “to develop a nursing care plan for
dementia patient”. Dementia is a health disease that directly impacts ability of a person to carry
out daily activities. It further impact memory of a patient as well. Due to this it is important to
develop an effective nursing plan for dementia patients.
What do you want to know about the topic
I want to know ways in which proper and effective care through effective nursing plan can be
provided to patients. I want to know effectivity of treatment which is being provided to such
patients, what role nursing care plays in it and reason because of which mortality rate of
dementia patient is increasing. But most importantly I want to know impact of Covid-19 on care
of dementia patients

I am looking for experience of nurses where experienced nurses can provide ways though which
effective care and treatment can be provided to dementia patients
