world as a single market where all organisation are interdependent on each other who produces
same thing, consuming similar products and often reacting to the changes in the same manner. In

negatively on the overall growth of world. It has been strictly realized by author that
globalization has brought leading change in the organization but at the same issue which have
been arose because of it and causes negatively on overall world. Some of the main issues that are
generated because of globalization are described as below:
Excessive consumption of resources: Globalization have increased reach of every country or
organization to each other. This makes it easier for the company to grab resources which are
necessary required by them in order to perform their business activities for maximizing their
profitability ratio. But, this access to resources is not good for the world as organizations are
using these resources out limit. As a result, excessive usage of natural resources will someday
brought its deficiency. It can be said that this smooth reach to natural resources have increased
chances for its misuse and many time organization are wasting it which is not good (Mak,
Lumbers and Eves, 2012). It has been observed that due to globalization only large or capable
organization are able to use natural resources but small companies who does not have potential
to adopt it misses its benefits.
Increased competition in job: Another issue which has been emerged with globalization is
increasing competition in job. It has been seen that globalization have helped organization to
establish their business in desired country where they can maximize their profitability ratio.
These companies have to hire required manpower to execute their business plan in effective
manner which indirectly increases competition level for candidates for similar job. Because,
company only hires most suitable candidates for vacant position in their company. Apart from
this, it can be said that business organization also takes advantage while choosing their
manpower for performing operational and other business activities (Crystal, 2013). In relation to
this, these companies are now hiring employees from under developed country at lower wages.
This directly increases competition for the employees who belongs to developed country. As in
their own country they are not employed.
Raised interdependency of countries on one another: Globalization have helped business
organistaion to operate their business activities at international level. This company can easily
connect to other companies for exchanging their product, services, raw material or any other
desirable requirement. But at the same time, it has increased their dependency on each other. It

that globalization have made organizations dependent on each other. In addition to this, it has
been realized that this dependency also generates for increasing satisfaction level of the
customers as strong global relations helps organization in providing best quality products and
services to the customers (Milana, 2012). This increases their satisfaction level but also
influences companies to build their relationship with other organization beyond national
boundaries.
Relationship between globalization and economic development of nation
According to the point of view of (Frenk, Gómez
-Dantés. and Moon, (2014), it can be said that globalization refers to process by which
organization expand their business with other countries where they finds opportunity for them. It
allows organization to understand economical, social, political conditions of the other countries
which can be further used by them in order to gain monetary benefit in the operating countries. It
has been observed by the author that with the increase in trade among the other different
countries, overall nation of the countries are developing at highest level. As, this trade among
different countries belongs to another nation leads to only generate huge level of benefits for the
companies and its employees. But, it also contributes in the overall development of the economy
too.
Economy shows status of nation in terms of production as well as consumption of good
and services. It also describes supply of money and per capita income which depends on how
much a country export its materials in other nations.
It can be said that globalization and economic development are directly interrelated with each
other. As an economic developed country is creating lots of opportunity for itself as well as those
organization that are planning to expand their business at global level. It has been analysed that
globalization is availing lots of new technological support to the organsaition which helps them
to enhance their productivity level in effective manner. As a result these organsiation are
increasing their profitability ratio with the ehnacement of production (Lingard, 2013). This
directly contributes in the economic development of the countries too. It can be said that
increasing trade among the countries are enhancing opportunities for the local citizen to get job
of their choice with suitable salaries as a result, they can easily satisfy their needs and wants in

their own country. Along with this, it also leads to maximum utilization of internal resources
which can give high range of profitability of the organization as well as economic status of
countries.
Apart from this, it has been analysed that globalization is generating more profitability
for already developed country as well as developing countries. But, it does not places any
contribution in growth of underdeveloped countries as organization who feels to operate their
business at international level does not finds any opportunity of profitability or growth which
influences them to perform their business activities there. It shows that if an country is not
developing or developed then none of large organization will reflect their interest on enhancing
their business in these countries. It directly minimizes the chances of growth opportunity for its
citizen who might get work in these companies. As a result, unemployment ratio of the country
remains same and does not change the overall scenario of economic status of same country. This
reflects the interdependence of globalization and economic development of nation on each other
(Lingard, 2013). On the other hand, author says that developed countries are getting equivalent
opportunity to grow their economic status of the country as they own variety of resources which
attract various large organizations to expand their business in these countries by operating
business activities here. It can be said that these organization also shows their interest towards
developed country as they can easily acquire required resources in the same area which are
necessary for them to operate their business activities. This positive attitude of organization
toward developed countries enhances job opportunity for the local citizen as they get easily get
job with high pay scale within their nation. As a result, their earning which is generated from
their working life contributes in the economic developed of nation as well. Along with this, by
anlsaysing same concept of growth with organization’s perspective it has been seen that these
companies generates huge amount of revenue from the trading country which helps them in
achieving their targeted goals and objective in less period of time (Frenk, Gómez-Dantés and

which can give high range of profitability of the organization as well as economic status of
Along with this, by
anlsaysing same concept of growth with organization’s perspective it has been seen that these
companies generates huge amount of revenue from the trading country which helps them in
achieving their targeted goals and objective in less period of time (Frenk, Gómez-Dantés and
Moon, 2014). This generated profitability ratio also contributes in the economy development of

P2 Appropriate research method
Primary method: This research method refers to the methodologies in which researcher directly
collects information from respondents by interacting with them directly. It is considered as an
effective method of data collection as it is first hand in nature and its collected information is
true and authentic. This method includes various sources through which data is collected that is
questionnaire, observations, field trail, interviews and focus group (Dijkstra, Garcilazo and
McCann, 2013). It has been analysed that with the support of primary method of data collection
researcher can easily find out true information which will contribute in attaining relevant
solution of problem. It is a time consuming method of data collection as researcher have to
communicate with each respondent personally which consumes huge time of researcher as well
as respondent. In many cases respondents denies giving information as it is a time consuming
process which interrupts overall process of research.
Secondary method: Secondary method of data collection refers to the investigation in
which researcher goes for gathering information from already done work of someone. In this,
findings are based on the work of someone else who has done it in the past years. Researcher
often uses online sources, books, Journals, magazines, newspaper, articles etc. for understanding
actual situation of the problem (Lingard, 2013). This method saves time and money both of the
researcher as they do not go for real method of data collection which will lots of time of them.
This saved money and time of the researcher can be in some other core areas where it is required
at most. Hence, it can be said that if an researcher wants to conduct an effective research they
should go for secondary method of data collection which helps them conducting a good research
with suitable outcome.
Quantitative: It is a systematic method of research in which information is collected in
numerical digits and statistical data. This method helps investigator in analysing collected
method effectively as it based on actual facts and exact figures. This method includes various sub
method with the help of which researcher collects information effectively that is questionnaire,
polls, surveys and many other things. As a result, quantitative method is basically based on stats
and numerical. This avoids chances cheating or unethical decisions.
Qualitative: This type of research methodology does not involve numerical value or statics
data. In this, researcher basically uses words, pictures, languages and observation for expressing
their thoughts and view point. Qualitative method can be adopted researcher for finding out

P3 Primary and secondary research using appropriate method
While conducting a research there are basically two methods which are being used and these
are primary method in which data are collected for the first time whereas other one is secondary
method which investigator consider books, journals, magazines etc., thus, both the methods
assist researcher in making research more effective and reliable as well. But other than this there
are two other factors which are to be consider as it can create problem for researcher in
conducting their research in an effective manner.
Cost: Doing a research is not an easy task as it requires adequate amount of money so that plans
can be executed in an effective manner. For instance: travelling, collecting data and information
from different respondents etc., requires a lot of funds so that it can be done in a better manner
(Oliver-Smith, 2013). In addition to this, time is also one factor which is to be determined
because most of the time researcher doesn’t get enough time for accomplishing the task which
can puts an impact on investigation. Therefore, all these activities were managed by researcher
so outcomes of the research can be effective in nature.
Ethical Issues: While doing a research there are certain norms which are to be followed so
that nobody’s sentiments are hurt. The word ethical is related with philosophical background and
this has a great impact on the nature and behaviour of an individual. In relation with research if
investigator has collected answers or view points of respondents than their response should not
be disclosed and should be kept confidential. Other than this, while evaluating conclusion
investigator must be not be biased as it will aid them in having proper outcomes.
