Introduction
The current presentation is based on the topic of “Behaviours
that support equality and diversity in the workplace” . A
Case study on Lotus cars Ltd. The current presentation
consists of aim and objective of this research together with
an explanation about its outcomes and stakeholders.
Further, suitable recommendation and conclusion also
forms part of this presentation .

Aims and objective
Aim
To study and evaluate the behaviours and strategies that
support equality and diversity in the workplace”. An
investigation made on Lotus cars Ltd.
Research Objectives
 To have a better perception about the phenomena of
equality and diversity at workplace.

Research findings
In accordance with current research it has been found out that
adoption behaviours that support equality and diversity in the
workplace are beneficial and important for an organisation as it
lead enhancement in creativity, better morale and increase
productivity and efficiency of employees together with overall
betterment of organisation.

Stakeholders and communication
Communication of current research findings is essential with
the stakeholders that include managers, directors,
customers, suppliers, employees and other associated
parties to ensures better accomplishment of conclusion
and decision making. Stakeholders are the persons that
have direct or indirect influence on business operations
and play a crucial role during decision making.

Conclusion
On the basis of this presentation it can be concluded that it can
be concludes that equality and diversity in the workplace are
advantageous for a company as it lead to better morale and
increase productivity and efficiency of employees At last, it
can be summarized that training to develop cross cultural
understanding and compliance provisions of Equality act
2010, can be adopted by a company to support equality and
diversity at its workplace.

Recommendations
Following recommendations could be made for Lotus cars
ltd to create behaviours that support equality and diversity
in the workplace:
 Training to develop cross-cultural understanding
 Compliance with all provisions of Equality act, 2010
