INTRODUCTION
County lines is a very serious issues where criminal gangs set
up a drug dealing operations in a place outside their usual
operating area. Gangs would move their drugs dealing from
big cities to smaller cities in order to make more money. This
is a big issues which has a diverse effects on the commodity
who actually live there and bring with it serious criminal
behavior (Kearney, 2016). This issues has been increased over
the period of time as well as led effects to the society of
higher basis.

Objectives
• To evaluate how government strategies are targeting county lines.
• To discuss how vulnerable people are targeted and drawn into the county
lines activity and what are the measures are in place to protect them.
• To judge whether the current strategies are effective and to suggest changes
that are needed.

Literature review
According to the Clanger (2017), literature review is a scholarly paper,
which includes the current knowledge including substantive findings and
theoretical and methodological contributions to the particular topics. In
context with research topic, there is a critical issues of county lines which
needs urgent and solution based advisory to overcome its issues. This
research will put complete emphasizes on understanding why vulnerable
are being targeted. In the past, they are various cases happened n other
part of the world, which has led humanity into the danger and caused
huge impact over the period of time.

Research methodology
It is the specific procedure or any techniques used to identify,
select, process and analyses information about any topic. In
this research paper, actual methodology section allows a
comprehensive reader to critically evaluation a study's
overall validity and reliability.

In this research, majorly primary data collection will be used to collect valid
