“The influence of digital technology on day to day business operations of organization”; A study
on Tesco.
Research project objectives (e.g. what is the question you want to answer? What do you want to
learn how to do? What do you want to find out?):
 To identify the importance of digital technology and its applications.
 To analyse the impact of digital technology on daily business operations at Tesco.
 To examine the challenges faced by Tesco by applying digital technology.
Two: Reasons for choosing this research project
Reasons for choosing the project (e.g. links to other subjects you are studying, personal
interest, future plans, why the topic is important):
 The subject area will help in enhancing the level of knowledge and learnings of the
researchers.
 Researcher will able to comprehend the impact of digital technology on business
operations.
Three: Research approach and methodologies
What type of research approach and methodologies are you
likely to use and why?
For the present study, quantitative research methodology will be
used. As data will be collected using questionnaire format,
quantitative methodology will be optimum for accomplishing aim
and objective of the study.
