Introduction The study extended over analysing the impact of discrimination based on Ageism and Racial Inequality on the overall development of an organisation, Therefore, the scope of study is wide as it explore in-depth idea about the issue of discrimination and how it affects the functioning of business.Ageism and Racial Inequality are major issue of discrimination which has direct impact on the operations and functions of a business. Therefore, ageism inequality is based on the discrimination done on the basis of the age, as businesses are now a day's are very much concern over hiring young staff rather than higher people from adult age group.
