Introduction
Background
Globalization refers to the practice within which people, goods and
ideas are spread out across the globe, spurring for more interaction and
an integration between different countries culture, economies and the
government. The present report is based on Easy Jet, which is the low-
cost airline corporation that is based in UK. The company is having the
large portfolio he of its products and the services where its main aim is
achieving satisfaction of the customers. It offers holiday packages that
involves flight, parking stay, car renting, hotel etc. Furthermore, the
study will examine the positive and the negative impacts attached to
globalization that in turn influences the internal functioning of the
company.

Aims and objectives
Aim: To measures and research for the main opportunities and the drawbacks of the
globalisation for Airline industry: A study on Easy jet
Objectives
To continue to gain monies from funding both internationally and nationally to maintain
the passing of knowledge of climate change.
To Investigate how best to use the funding to raise world wide awareness of climate
change.
To get employees to research new technologies to solve the problems that the company is
trying to resolve.
Rationale: The main reason behind conducting this study is to examine the way in which
an Eden project could transfer its newly founded knowledge and ways for passing it at
worldwide level for tackling problem of the climatic change.

Literature review
In opinion of the Baars, (2016) , it has been reviewed that implications of the globalization
in their manifestations had been pro-founded for International air transport sector.
Globalization helps an organization creating a well known global presence across the globe
and also helps in expanding the business at world level which in turn improves the
profitability and the revenue of the company. However, Braun, (2013 also highlighted that
globalization is seen as myth as different countries follows different cultures and due to
this an enterprise can face challenges in maintaining and dealing with the cultural
differences.
