Research Objectives:
To identify strategies for improving gender equality in context to workplace.
To determine the impact of gender equality on employee turnover. To examine the relation among gender equality and the reduction in high employee
turnover.
Research Questions:
Explain about the different strategies which used through organisations in improving
the gender equality a workplace.
What is influence of the gender equality on the turnover of employee? What is connection among gender equality and the reduction in high employee
turnover?

The key aim behind this research focus is to help researchers understand importance of
gender equality strategies and their impact in reducing high employee turnover.
However, it also assists ASDA in recognizing the value and quality of fair working
environments. In addition, the study can also be used to educate leaner in ethical work
procedures, which help develop a better skilled generation that continues to believe in the
collectivism practices, if this study is published.

Strategies for improving gender equality in context to workplace
As per opinion of Arvind Rongala (2020) gender equality within company needs strategic as
well as systematic approach. The goal of gender equality for the women and men at work is to
produce essentially equivalent results, not necessarily similar ones for all. There are some
strategies for make improvement in gender equality at workplace mention below:
Considering Leadership Roles for both Men and Women- It is often a mistake to
believe that only men are successful in leading roles and that woman are suitable for
supporting roles. Such stereotypes form the basis for discrimination against women and men
on workplace. Persons with the right characteristics deserve the role of a leader. A perfect way
to encourage gender equality is to offer candidates, regardless of gender, leadership positions.
Equal Pay- An essential factor of a company is principle of equal pay. To order to
increase transparency and remove issues of discrimination against the wage level,
compensation should rely on work positions, and daily compensation systems should be
implemented.
Impact of gender equality on employee turnover
According to Paula (2020) an organization that encourages gender diversity would help retain
employees and minimize substantial expenses by reducing the expense of ads, time was spent
on interviews, administrative tasks and terminating payments. Flexible working arrangement
leads to improved retention and recruitment results. A gender equality promoting company
supports employees' retention and reduces significant costs by restricting costs of advertising,

interview and also administrative tasks, on boarding, termination pay for new staff members.
Relation among gender equality and the reduction in high employee turnover.
On the basis of ClaponMary Sumner and Fred A. Niederman (2020) there is a positive
relationship among gender equality and reducing the high employee turnover rate at
workplace. Gender equality is related to treating all the staff members equally mean men and
women. This helps in motivating the staff members and also developing the positive
workplace environment. In regards to this, employees will not leave the organisation and also
sustain at workplace for long period of time. This helps in reducing the employee turnover rate
and company can get the competitive advantages at marketplace.
