INTRODUCTION
Sustainable tourism is related to the development of tourist sites and a particular type of
tourism as per the needs and demands of tourists, economy, surroundings and society (Edgell
SR, 2016). It is prior to develop a tourist site which can accomplish their needs in a particular
tour and also this tour has to make a positive impact on the environment of site. Tourism is an
emerging sector which having a huge impact on the economy and it is way to improve economic
flow and foreign exchange funds. This research project is based on the sustainable tourism
development in the London Eye Wagon Wheel Hammock which is landmark of London in the
world. This project will provide aims and objectives, way to conduct this research, data
collection on the research objectives, analysis of collected data and finally recommendations for
the authorities of Wagon wheel for sustainable development.

As on the above mentioned research topic, it is recognisable that this research project is
based on the sustainable tourism development of a tourist site and London Eye Wagon Wheel is
selected for this project because it is a central attraction for the foreign and local visitors.
Development is an essential element and it does not has any kind of limits. People are having
never ending expectations from the authorities of tourist destinations so it is essential for the
management to make a proper planning of the development considering tourists, society,
economical needs and demands. This whole research will be based on these particular research
objectives which are;

This research is based on the future economical, social, environmental and tourism needs
related to tourist destination site London Eye. This will research will be helpful for the
developing authorities regarding to development planning.

 To analyse the term of sustainable tourism in the context of London Eye Wagon Wheel
Ferris.
 To identify and evaluate the future social, economical, environmental and tourists needs
with London Eye Wagon Wheel Ferris. To identify the impact of sustainable tourism on the accomplishment of social,
economical and tourism needs in London Eye Wagon Wheel.

1. What is sustainable tourism development and how it will be beneficial for the London
Eye?
2. Which types of future needs can be entertain by the management and authorities of
London Eye?
3. What impact will be created by sustainable tourism development in London Eye on
social, economical and environmental needs?
