Data collection: Data collection is the method of collecting the ideas views and opinions of the
particular employees within the organization who had participated in the survey. Researcher can

give their views on the Globalization. These respondents were taken from the retailing business
of UK and researcher asked them to participate in a survey and provide the answers to such

Data Analysis: Data analysis is the process of inspecting, cleansing, transforming and modelling
the data. The data can be analyses through two different perspectives such as qualitative and
quantitative (Pessima and Dietz, 2019). Qualitative data analysis can be done through interviews
and questionnaires. Here, the research is focused towards carrying out the qualitative data
analysis via survey in the form of of distribution of the questionnaires which is distributed
among the total 30 employees in order to identify their views and opinions regarding the impact
of Globalization within the retailing industry.
Sampling Sampling is technique consists of mainly two types of sampling in collecting the data
to carry out the research Probabilistic and Non probabilistic. In Probabilistic sampling each
member is a known and the person also they have very high chances of participating in the study.
Randomization or chance is the core of probability sampling technique. There are commonly two
types of sampling approaches that is probabilistic and non probabilistic approach. In this research
Probability sampling is adopted in which Random sampling is selected by the researcher in order
to carry out the survey from the group of people. Simple Random Sampling is used by the
researcher because it allow the analyst to produce the higher level of data collection which has
been the most reliable source of data sampling. This type of sampling also allow the researcher
to increase the accuracy and thus it helped in possibility to make inferences about the population
(Kalitanyi, 2019). Sampling size used by the researcher is 30 employees which allow the analyst
to collect the data from employees of the organization.
In order to carry out the effective study about the impact of Globalization which derive
the business success, there are various researcher need to identify the research method and
sampling techniques. Also, researcher need to analyze the data collected from different sources.

the data. Also, any type of interaction and communication regarding the research need to be done
with full honesty and transparency which allows the researcher in carrying out the effective and
