INTRODUCTION
Health and social care plays important role in order to provide will
being to eh individuals. The main aim of NHS is to improvised the
health and well-being of patients, communities and its staff through
professionalism, innovation and excellence in care. The one of the
core function of NHS is to enhanced its value. This is the
organisation which is distributing its services in health and service
sector (Blackwell, Lucas and Clarke, 2014). The major issue in
relation to this firm is that there are unskilled employees who are
not able to provide effective care to the patients. The one the main
aim of the NHS is to hire suitable workforce so that they are able to
provide them quality care.
