RESEARCH FINDINGS
 Globalisation is a biggest concept and effective system of interaction among
the nations of the globe in order to develop international economy.
 Corporate-structure of Waitrose includes different departments such as
finance, marketing, operation, human resource etc.
 Waitrose faces different issues due to expanding business globally such as
laws and regulation, poor communication channels etc.
 In order to overcome all these challenges company should follow different
ways such as following all rules and regulation in proper way, adopting
different channels of communication etc.
