Introduction
• Present study is on the impact of disability
and long term condition on social
participation of individual.
• The present study will give transcript of
respondents those who have supported the
researcher in collecting information about
the topic.

Transcript: Theme 1: Disable patients come to hospital
in a week

Theme 2: Disable and long term condition's patients actively
participate in social activities

Theme 3: Disable persons have to face discrimination in the
society

Theme 4: Perception of such type of patients for society

Theme 5: Disable persons always need supervision or help from
others to perform their daily activities

Theme 6: Disability and long term conditions affect mental status
of patient

Conclusion
• From the above discussion it can be concluded that communication and discrimination are
major issues faced by disable patients.
• They have to motivate own self and they have to perform their duties without any support. This
can boost their energy and they will be able to participant in society actively.
