It is necessary for all organization todevelop budget and strategies in effective manner so that they can conduct process ineffective manner. In respect of respective company when they adopt digital transformthey face issues related to expenses. This is so because what they develop as a budgetthey nit able to conduct work accordingly and in effective manner (Patiar and Wang,2016). Thus it is necessary for Samsung to develop appropriate and effective budget so4
that they conduct work according to digital transformation in effective and efficientmanner.Resource availability:For adopting and conducting any activity resources are essentialso it is necessary to develop strategies in respect of resources. This is so because if thereis no availability of resources in proper manner then company not able to conduct workor activity in effective and efficient way. For this purpose, in present research, projectmakers have determined overall priorities of Samsung in order to determine if it accomplishesthe goals by digital transformation or not. This strategy helps in conducting research activitiesmore effectively.3.4 Research MethodologyResearch method refers to a strategy or tool which can be adopt by a researcher in order toconduct their plan in effective manner.
