1. Geographical region taken for researchingTorres Strait island is a group of around 274 small islands that lies in Torres Strait awaterway which separates northern Australia's Cape York and island of New Guinea. In thisresearch Acton Peninsular island has been used to perform investigation (Johnston and et. al.,2013). 2. (a)Process used for locate relevant informationIn order to conduct this research secondary data collection method has been used forgathering relevant information (Armstrong and et. al., 2012). For collecting secondary data, firstof all topic has been selected to decide the area of research, then hypothesis has created to fix upthe criteria of collecting data that help in extracting the accurate information required tocomplete the research. At last information gathered through several websites to evaluate andjustify the hypothesis. It includes :Ensure that information presented whether written or verbal must be appropriate forintended audience and easier access as well as understand (Bennett, 2015). Allow adequate lead-in time before the engagement occurs in order to ensure thatrepresentative and community members have enough time to engage in process. 3. Identified Landowners and elders for communityYes there is clear identified for landowners and elders of Torres Strait Islandercommunity (Dudgeon and et. al.,2016). In this elders are the one who are traditional custodian ofland and the Landowners are known with the name of Jagera, Yuggera and Ugarapul. 4. Names of the groups who have historical links to this land:-There are number of group that have historical link with Torres Strait Island whichincludes Yuggerabul and Ugarapul where pul or bul means group of people.
