The process is used by many researcher to collect the information and data to take
effective decision. The research methodology includes many types of research methods like
publication, interviews, surveys and other techniques. Thomas Cook company through conduct

can not be used on the basis of causal relationship to affect another. Its explained the statements
of affairs as they at present by the researcher have no control on the variables. This research to
analysis the non quantified issues in the study and there are using mainly quantitative and

Data collection
In order to conduct a report data is of immense importance. The researcher has the choice
between two primary and secondary data. Primary data is the one which is collected directly by
the researcher. It is a first hand data as it is collected for the first time. Collection of primary data
is a time consuming method as all the data is collected personally. Therefore it is important
actual data is collected that can be used for continuing the research. There are different methods
of collecting the primary data like personal interview, sampling, survey etc (Gârbea 2013). In
this form of collecting data the availability of the respondent is very important as without him the
information can not be gathered. By which this method researcher has the benefit of gathering
more information by observing the response of the person giving the knowledge.secondary
method in which data is collected from the already available information. This is a less time
consuming method as the information is readily available and only the researcher has to extract
the relevant data from the given resource. Different sources for collecting the secondary data are
from journal, books, internet newspapers and like options. It can be used in the case where data
remain non effective with the change in time and can be used. Internet is the main source of
collecting the data. In the given situation primary method is used as survey is done on twenty
respondents and their responses are recorded and than the result is concluded (Wang and et.al
2013)
Sampling method
It is a process of selecting the right method for samples from the whole population. There are
different methods of choose the sample like random sampling, selecting the nth item. On
broader concept the sampling method can be divided into probabilistic sampling and non
probabilistic sampling. In probability sampling all the units of the samples has given the equally
chance of being selected whereas in non probability sampling the units are selected by following
a set pattern. Like given above in choosing the samples by nth term every unit placed at the
ordinal position is selected. In non probability method units are selected randomly from the
crowd and survey is done only on them. there are chances of wrong sample is chosen as it is not
necessary that the whole gathering share the same characteristics. Apart from this the whole
respondents can be divided into different groups which share almost the same information
related to the companies offers and services Than one member from each group is selected so
that the overall information gathered includes all the quality information and no data is missed
6

out. In the given situation sampling is done on probability method as the results of all do not vary
much and each unit are good representatives of each other (Papadimitriou, Kaplanidou and
Apostolopoulou, 2015).
DATA ANALYSIS
Data analysis is the systematic process in which properly analysis and evaluating the
result of the research project. For the data analysis there are using qualitative and quantitative
methods these help to provide actual and reliable information about the research project(Cook
and Ward, 2011). Qualitative method refers to collection of information on the basis of
characters and experience of customers about offers and packages in which using some methods
and techniques such as survey in the market, interview and so more in which individually ask
some structured and semi-structured questions to customers. that help to take effective decision
and achieve goals of the research project. Quantitative method refers to collect information and
data by using some mathematical techniques and strategies that help to provide mathematical
result properly analysis and evaluating them(WANG and LI, 2011). This method through take
appropriate decision but its hard to calculate information and data relating to the research
project. Mathematical tools and techniques provide valuable information That help to take better
and effective decision also improve quality of research. But in this research project for
collection of information using qualitative method in which conduct a survey in the market to
collect data by using methods and techniques in which ask some questions those may be
structured and semi-structure on the basis of their view and ideas they will share their
information with proper confidence. If they having any issues and problems so that can resolve
by using some effective method and techniques. Conducted survey in the market about travel and
tourism so they will share their views and ideas prepare an information report after the proper
evaluation and analysis then take a effective decision. there individual persons through collect
information and develop their confidence level. By the all persons individual ask their views on
the basis of their urban tourism what they think. urban tourism through help to provide job
opportunities to all persons. (LIANG and YI, 2012). Survey is the best tool or techniques that
help to provide actual and reliable information about particular thing and topic also its help to
take effective and valuable decision by this develop travel and tourism sector and attract high
number of customers so through the company should provide attractive offers and packages fr
public also focus on safety and security so they can take offers and enjoy their trips of different

places. Data analysis is the method to analysis and evaluating the collected information by using
methods its help to take better decision an help to develop industry. By this promote culture in
the different country so all person will know about culture . Quantitative method is the applicable
and suitable method on this research project to collective informations through the market by
individual and group of persons they all share their views and ideas they also give appropriate
suggestion those should adopt or use in the project because customers having knowledge and
experience so they can give proper and actual suggestion regarding this research project these
help to develop business in the effective manner an help to achieve goals and objectives of the
research project(Richards, 2011).

CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that urban tourist help to increase popularity at
national and international level. specially one with the historical monuments because people
want to visit these kind places which are made centuries ago and they want to know about story
that is related to particular site. This is beneficial for both tourists and local people who live at
that place. Tourist get lot of exciting experience and memory as well as they learn many things
about new culture when they visit these places but locals gain a lot of thing from urban tourist.
They get employment in their home town, their city or state get registered at global travelling
destinations etc. Travel and tourism is a growing industry which has bright future in upcoming
days if it is compared from rural tourism which is still not popular in many countries and all
person are know about their culture, living styles and special visiting places in the particular
city.. Earlier tourism was not considered healthy for economy but now it is big source of revenue
for most of countries as they do not need to invest much amount in historical sites. Main cost
they have to incur is on maintenance of these sites as many of them are old and need proper
repairing from time to time. Through the company should provide safety and security services
and facilities to tourist so they can feel safe while visiting the places.
