From literature review part, this has been analysed that Equality and diversity policy
needs commitment from everyone with in an organisation. The main role of the equality and
diversity helps in prevent the employees from discrimination and also give the platform for
employees which have been subjected to the discrimination. It is related to assuring the each one
has equal chance to take up the opportunities and fulfil the potential of employees. There has
been discussion about role of equality policies on performance of employees. If company will
promote equality at workplace then this helps in enhance performance level of business because
through this they can work in an effective manner. This helps in increasing the employees
performance along with the organisation.
It has been examined from mention information that the equality is related to promoting
the workplace or motivate the employees at workplace by removing any kind of discrimination.
Diversified and equal workplace will help in gain the better knowledge in various areas of
