They canboosting customer loyalty that helps to attain more desire results and profit as well. Mainpurpose is to develop more creativity and outcomes with assessment of their needs andrequirements. RationaleIn the present study, importance has been identifying that assists to increase customersatisfaction and their needs as well. Therefore, Hilton hotel easily identify reasons and factors todevelop their effectiveness (Sasmita and Mohd Suki, 2015). On the basis of customer demandand requirements, brand awareness will be developing in the hospitality industry. Therefore,partnership working also implements to increase creativity.
