Introduction
Globalisation is considered as one of the emerging concept of today's time which provide
numbers of opportunities to an organization at the global level. But while this a company may
also faced several challenges which impact on their organisation structure. Organisation
selected for this research is Tesla which is automotive company founded in 2003. Its
headquarters is situated at California, United state. This presentation include outcome of the
research which develop by gathering information's through questionnaire.

Research aim and Objectives
Aim:
To measure the impact of globalisation on the corporate structure (Functional) of large
multinational companies and the major challenges they face.”. A case study on Tesla.
Objectives:
To understand the concept of globalisation
To evaluate how globalisation affects organisational structure of a company.
To identify different range of ways through which negative influence of globalisation on a
company could effectively be minimised.
