AbstractThe current research study is based on the several factors that affect the children birthday party.Researcher has main aim is to analyse the several factors that influence the event managementprogram of children birthday party. For achieve this objective, scholar have focused on theseveral kinds of research question and objective related to the concept of event management,significance of the event management factors that is to be considered for event management ofchildren's birthday parties etc. In order to achieve this objective, researcher have appliedqualitative research method and conducted survey of 10 managers of Trade associate UK.

AbstractEvent management is a procedure of planning, evaluating and implementing the activitiesaccording to the specific festival, event, occasion etc. With assistance of the effective eventmanagement, organisation can effectively execute and implement the plan for the activities andfunction at workplace. The major aim of the researcher is to analyse the factor to be consideredfor event management of children's birthday parties with respect of Touch Associates in UK. Forattain the objective of research, scholar will apply several tools and techniques of researchmethodology by which right solution of the research problem can obtain in an effective andefficient manner. Rationale of the study and significance of the study has been also included inthis chapter one which provide the factor that affect the researcher at the time of selectingresearch topic. In the section two researchers have included literature review along with severalthemes about the event management and its associated components. In the section third variousmethods of the research methodology has been included and in the section four researchers haveinterpreted the collected information of event management so as right outcome can easily obtain.

It is an event communication agency that provide event management and eventcommunication solution for multinational corporations and smaller independent businesses in theUnited kingdom and United states. The organisation is incorporated in 2009 and offers severalservices in the area of product launches, incentives, recognition events, road show, sales meetingand corporate meeting. For attain the objective of research, scholar will apply several tools andtechniques of research methodology by which right solution of the research problem can obtainin an effective and efficient manner. In this current research study, the section one is aboutintroduction under which various objective and hypothesis has been framed. In order to decrease thenegative impact of lack of availability of fund, researcher will use activity based costing method.Another resource is time as researcher have very limited time period. In order to overcomenegative impact of the time, scholar will apply Gantt chart method under which each researchactivity can conduct according to the specific time period. In addition to this method helps toscholar in dividing the entire time duration into the small period.While selecting the research project topic, there are several kinds of the factor that givencontributions.
