employee in perfect manner. Tesla is the company dealing the innovative and creativity in their
world of automobile sector is facing the issue regarding the sexism and gender discrimination. It
has been noticed that’s the technology companies have the fir lately for the high level of string
being attached as the profile of the social discrimination. At the different situation of the sex
discrimination, tesla tends to have the decide and denied and ensure of making the diversity

has bene used.

This is the approach which have been used by the researcher in order to find out the
result as the end as the research design are tends to be is exploratory, descriptive and
experimental. In order the present study, descriptive design have been used which is basically
used in the qualitative research along with implicating the theoretical result. There will be the
particular level of description regarding the specific element by helping the researcher to find the
final results.

In this study the inductive reached approaches have been selected out of there two type
of researcher that’s is inductive and deductive one. The inductive is been used in the qualitative
research which can be collect the primary data as they are considered to be relevant regarding the
respective questionnaire. On the other hand, secondary sources help the researcher in studying
the specific level of phenomena.
Data collection
There have been the two methods for he data collections which is tend to be primary and
the other one as the secondary. The former is about the data collections which tend to be
collected from the raw resources. The primary data in this report is done through the preparation
of structured questionnaire as the data is not published. It tends to be easy to the data is been
collected with the help of published journals, articles and other published materials. This
