cultural diversity and in this information is being accumulated with determining actual facts and
figures. In addition to this the quantitative research approach is effective in providing
information in the manner to statistical and numerical aspects which are effectively measurable
in nature. Demerit of this approach is that it is only based on quantitative aspects as in this
emergence of data that are based on theoretical aspects are rare. In addition to this I have also
been seen that primary and secondary both the tools are equivalent to support the work in
efficient manner as the primary research is effective in rendering support to executive survey for
the accomplishment of first and information as in this questionnaire is developed together

information and the demerit of this approach is that it is quite time consuming in nature. On the
contrary side secondary sources like books, journals, articles and so on are important in the
nature to developing theoretical perspective with the assistance of analyzing the views and
opinions of the authors and writers. The key advantage of this approach is in this accumulation
of information easy and it is less time consuming in nature and the key demerit of this approach
is that chances of inappropriate information Is high.
Although, in this investigation primary is the best approach to gather detailed information
and there are assorted tools to gather primary information like interview, focus group, case study,
observation and so on. Therefore, interview is considered as the best alternative source of
questionnaire as this is also imperative to gather information from the opinion evaluation of
participants. In this analysis questionnaire is developed because it is liable for quantitative
analysis and helps in gathering information from the wider population and quicker than interview
process. Because in the interview, a personal round is being conducted in which information
accumulation takes a lot time.
