In organization, it is important to have maintenance of the cultural diversity as the large various type
of the employee who are working in the company’s makes the belonging to the different caste, creed,
colour background etc. thus there is need to have the respect for other along with maintaining the
proper level of dignity and values to them. The company have the enabling of the diversity in order
to make their development of the positive cultures and boost the morale of employees and trust. In
addition to there diversity have the allowances of their gaining the competitive advantages to the
workplace culture in perfect manner. there are considering of the wide varsity of ways to promotes
their diversity at the workplaces which can be such as performance appraisal, motivation, recruitment
and selection policy etc it depends on company and management that what type of policy is being
followed in it. In addition to that diversity have the allowing of the positive cultures as more level of
work in done along with attaining the goals and objective in effective manner. This is also helpful in
the removing of the individual’s differences between the employee who have the following to the
different caste, race and creed.
Background
The growth of the hospitality sector has been in the rapid level all around the world as provision the
high property level of services to the customer. This sector has the high level of employments as the
employee have the belonging to the different cultures, background and caste to achieve the aims and
objectives. The SME sector is the UK have the leading are the rapid trend providing the maximum
level of growth and prosperity to the country’s economy. As Sykes Holiday Cottages is a cottage rental
company which is dealing in the hospitality industry with a portfolio of 11,000 properties across the
UK and Ireland. This tends to have the management of the diversified of employees as the firm is
dealing of the recruiting and selecting the candidates form the differ caste and creed. The firm have the
need for the several level of techniques to have proper managing the diversity which have allowing the
positive cultures as the staff morale and confidence tends to be increased.

Research design- there is the consisting of the eldest which tends to have the answer to the various
issues Usually, it is of three types that are casual, exploratory and descriptive. Thus, scholar will use
exploratory research design in it to explore how cultural diversity is managed and what strategies or
practices are followed in it.

the objective and research questions which re in terms if the qualitative and quantitative research. The
scholar will be using the qualitative research’s in order gains the theatricals knowledge for managing
the diversity t the workplace.
Data collection the method of the data collection is the important aspects which make the achievement
of the relevant and accused dates done for the data collection. In this study there will both premiers
and secondary method will be used. As the primary data will be collected through the helps of
structured questionnaire. In this study, scholar will use both methods, the secondary data will be
gathered from articles and primary will be through questionnaire.
