Technology is known as one of the factor that affect the way
a business is operated. Any variation or development in
technology impact on commercial operations of a firm.
Therefore, a little variation in technology affect the way an
enterprise carry out its activities. Travel and tourism is a
sector that has developed on as fast speed as the development
take place in the technology.
Aim: To identify the influence of technology in travel and
tourism sector: A case study on Thomas cook”
Objectives:
 To ascertain the impact of technology on travel and
tourism sector.
 To identify the contribution of technology on
customer satisfaction in travel and tourism sector.
 To analyses the relationship between technologies
and customer’s satisfaction within tourism sector.
 To recommend various ways which are essential in
attaining higher position at market place.
