INTRODUCTION
Cultural diversity is explained as quality of the different cultures, global monoculture,
akin to the cultural diversity. It is having various cultural differences respect to each other. The
cultural diversity is main form of appreciating differences in people (Ayega and Muathe, 2018).
ASDA is super market retailer in Leeds, United Kingdom. It was founded by J.W. Hindell and
Noel Stockdale in year 1949. This company conducts workshops there were participate and
interactive for managing the cultural diversity at workplace. In present report, there will be
discussion about conducting literature review by using secondary sources. Different tools and
techniques will be used to gathering as well as analyzing data and information.

organizational behavior (Brown, 2017). ASDA is supermarket and there is large number of
employees working and some of them are belong to different background. ASDA focus on
managing the cultural diversity at workplace for developing positive working environment.

The rationale to conduct present investigation is that it gives information regarding
cultural diversity at workplace. This helps in give the information and knowledge regarding
benefits gained by company about managing cultural diversity. It helps in enhancing skills and
capabilities of learner for doing any research in future (Emerson and Murphy, 2014).

from all available ways to find answers to research question, check the hypothesis and also
measure the findings (Krings and et. al., 2014). There are two different data collection methods
which given below:
Primary method- Through using this method, researcher collects the fresh information
and data that is not used before. The collected information is authentic in nature and also
original. There are various sources to collect information such as questionnaire, observation,
focus groups etc.
In conducting present research, questionnaire has been used to collect the data from in primary
method. The main reason behind using this is that it helps in collect the information from large
number of population within less time (Li and et. al., 2017).

which are taken for measurement from a largest population. Sampling is the procedure used
through the investigator to select a part of the population (Martin, 2014). There have been two
sampling methods, namely probability and non-probability. In this present research, random
sampling technique has been used because this is a main part of probabilistic sampling. The main
reason behind using this sampling method is that it is unbiased and gives the equal chance to all
respondents. Through using this sampling method, there have been 30 respondents selected.
Cost, access and ethical consideration- Cost is a necessary factor in conducting an
investigation. For performing the research activities, researcher requires to meet some expenses.
So, it is necessary to arrange sufficient amount of money so that there will be no issues faced by
researcher while conducting an investigation. Authentic access to collect data from different
sources is necessary. Follow the ethics while conducting an investigation is important for an
investigation. It is necessary to keep the data and respondents of chosen respondents safe and
secure. Other than this, researcher should follow all the research ethical principles such as
authenticity, autonomy, confidentiality, informed consent and others (Offermann and et. al.,
