INTRODUCTION
Research have been considered as the important aspects which is needed to be conducted
in to have understanding the possible level of solution to the existing problems which have
the social issues or medical or the scientific breakthrough in perfect manner. On the other
hand, the reflection on any specific research makes to have mental ability which is the
heuristic approach to elucidate the epistemic activities and acts which have been developed
in the midst of enquiry process. In the research filed it is the crucial cognitive process which

actions. As per the performing the research I have faced the level of difficulty is in
performing and organising the various data activities to carry out the research in effective
manner. The major issue to have the identification of topic and performing the further
step such as structuring the aims and relevant level of objectives. As starting the I have
given the perspective try over identifying the perspective on few levels of database in
order to have the find the level of article related to the electronic medical database. I need
the specific level of timing in order to have the sorting out the different articles which
have the detail level of study on the basis of gap are nearby areas to have come up with
the peer level of reviewed. Forming of the aims and objective was the tough task which
need a large amount of research y identifying the gaps of various peer review articles o
gains more excessive narrowing to the topic. As per the mentor the research topic should
be specific rather than looking as same as the other tended to be performed in other
respective journal articles. At some moment of time I have felt my self lucky as the

realized that’s I have lack their level of competency in way of communicating the idea,
knowledge, feelings to move in perfect manner. There is the need to have enabling for

As to have the completion of the research report, there is the part of degree which have

I have tried almost 3 times to have the interaction with my mentor in order to gains
practical support in order to have clarification there with expectation for the better level of
research experience to have the issue of selections in formulation of research questions and
objectives.
During the final meeting to be more securitized in terms of specific points which is
mentioned by the mentor. My mentor has clearly stated that’s I am lacking in term of depth
analysis by haggling more level of shortages which have been assorted with my project. The

explanations which were considered to more desirable for being the passionate manner. in
addition to that’s I have proper level of interaction with my mentor back to back proper three
sessions which is considered to be highly motivational and informative expense which have
increased my personal level of interest in way of conducting the business studies. Prior to
have the conducting of the with discussion with the mentor. There is more level of clinical
explanations why the desirable changes to the rather than boring level of experience. Hence
there is the need to have the overall competency of the individuals in order to have the
contribution towards the reach each. Hence with the proper guidance of my mentor and
friends, I have successes in formulating the aims and objective of research in more realistic
way in order to have the adoption of more feasible strategy to accomplish the projects.
There have been the issues which is effectively critical have the validity of resources in
term of using the secondary data analysis along with moving to their alternative of choices of
the methodology. With the proper guidance of the mentor I have developed the significant
eel of research skills along with communication skill in perfect manner. As a result of
comprehensive analysis the most reliable sources of secondary data in order to be used in
Research Report were found to include published financial statements and annual reports,
textbooks on financial and business analysis, information published in official company
website, information available from ACCA website, as well as, various business journals an
newspapers.
The mentor has provided the specific level of feedback comments over making the

Impact of EMR on healthcare system
According to (Waithera, Muhia and Songole, 2017) in order to improve the delivery related to
healthcare aspects department needs to increase the use of electronic medical records. The
updated and advanced role that IT sector plays leaves an impact on all of the sectors which also
include healthcare sector. This has increased the need and demand of this aspect in order to cope
up with the challenges that the sector of healthcare is facing. There are various types of factors
which these challenges include such as control the cost of healthcare, reducing errors which can
be prevented, making the communication between the facilitators of healthcare better. On the
basis of actual data it has been come to knowledge that this innovation has helped the facilities to
improve the level of communication and safety of the patients and in the long run cost of this
factor is also stable. I believe that this one system will help the facility to overcome these issues.
This system of electronic medical records can cover all the department of facility such as
information of patients, results of lab, inventory of pharmacy, notes made by nurses and
physician. Other than this it contains information about what type of care they need and they also
contains bar code scanner which helps them to identify the patient which increases the level of
security. These aspects helps to reduce the amount of errors made in a task. This has made my
vision clear about the system and how it is beneficial for the healthcare facilities.
It is not easy to change the use of method as it takes time to implement it. Facilities need
to educate their personnel so that they are able to learn the ways and methods of using the
machine in an effective manner. Only by purchasing the machines a facility cannot expect the
optimum use of this method. It states that nursing and medical schools must include the learning
of this system so that after the completion of their degree they are able to use it. It will also help
to improve the system of education by reducing the complexity in the system and improve its
inner dynamics. I believe that EMR will help the facilities to change their way of working and
making progress in their field.

this method must be meaningful and useful so that other facilitators can understand it and share
information easily. In order to assess the integrity of the data facility needs to get the right
information, at the right place, right time and most important for the right patient. Medical
terminology needs to maintain the information or the international system of medical coding
instead of texting and sharing freely the information of patients. The coding must be done
according to the standards of international medical standards and a regular update is needed.
There are different and various type of information involved in a report. This is based on the
check ups of the patient, results from the department of pathology and radiology. Also healthcare
employees can easily record the conversation at the time of consultation. The tools used in EMR
holds integrity because they increase the quality and the understanding of the documents. There
are a number of rules and regulations on the principles of documentation so that health record is
maintained by the facilities according to the set criteria. There are many measures which are
involved which tells the integrity of the documentation such as validation of authorship,
identification of patients, information governance, correction and amendments for record. If
these protocols and measures are not met then the integrity of the information will be in doubt.
Facilities must consider remedies and safeguard so that they do not have to met an unpredictable
condition. It is necessary that the data recorded must only contain information related to patient
care and is being review on a continuous basis. The demand for the electronic medical record is
increasing with time and any loss in the record can lead to a severe damage to the care of the
patient. This may lead to fraud and abuse. This system helps to maintain the integrity of the
documents with the help of using functions of EMR which are automated. There are ways to
secure and maintain the information such as using the method of cloud based solutions which
gives a backup space and space for storage which is secure.
Challenges faced by healthcare system in EMR
As per the view of (Bae, Rask and Becker, 2018) it makes easy for the facility to
maintain, share and store the data. On the other hand cost of implementing and maintaining the
system costs a large sum of money to the facility even for a small case. Many of the facilities
adapt this measure but due to the cost of high expenses many of them left it and got back to their
old way of dealing with things. It is not easy for those facilities who run on a small scale to
maintain this setup without a proper plan of investment. Also in order to adapt this measure

training of employees is essential. If they are not trained then they won’t be able to use the
system effectively which will loose its benefits and sole purpose and lead to increase in errors.
Many of the facilities considers this aspect as a risky measure because of the threat it gives to
privacy. They are concerned that if their data gets leaked because of the cyber threat. It is
necessary to keep a check on data on a regular basis. Many of the facilities are not changing their
method because they feel that migrating their existing data into EMR will consume a lot of time.
With that they need to keep those files safe which are meant to be sensitive or private. This
aspect makes it more challenging to implement this measure. There are many other challenges
such as to deal with this system facilities requires a safe, strong and secure internet connection
which maintains the flow of work. The reason behind this is if the network is not strong then the
system won’t be able to share the data. If the staff and the team at the facilities are not convinced
the facility needs to take the help of marketing campaigns and promotional activities as it helps
to highlight the importance of the system. They need to explain them how it can help them to
finish their work in a more efficient manner and without errors. This can all be done with the
help of training which is comprehensive and take on to the next step steadily. If the facility is
successful in making them understand that implementation of this measure will make the work
flow in an easy manner then they will be able to focus on other areas. This will also help them to
create a better model of the facility and improve the level of satisfaction.
Earlier the method of paper based medical records were used which did not have
securities which the computer nowadays provide. Even the access was just given by doors and
simple locks on it. If there was a case of unauthorized access then their would be no records left
with the hospital without any information which can be very critical for the safety of the patient
as well as of the hospital. Other than this information on paper was not easy to store as it was not
easy to keep a pile of paper safe. Other than this whenever patient had to look for their records in
order to check up or follow up their health report they needed to have the permission of
physician.
I learned that medical facilities has to go through many things just to implement this
measure in their facility. If they do implement it with keeping everything in mind then their work
will get a lot easier
