Role of Nurses in Managing Dementia Patients

This report investigates the role of nurses in providing healthcare facilities to people suffering from dementia. It aims to understand the concept of dementia, evaluate the role of nurses in treating dementia patients, examine the challenges faced by nurses, and recommend measures for improving their practices. The research methodology includes qualitative research type, inductive research approach, interpretivism research philosophy, primary data collection through surveys, and thematic data analysis. The literature review highlights the concept of dementia and the role of nurses in dementia care.
