INTRODUCTION
In the current scenario there is good sort of the diseases which are prevailing in the
environment, these has eventually impacted the health of different individual in the nation. One
of such disease which used to impact the market in the current scenario is the Dementia, As it
has been seen that there are increasing number of the cases which are being seen of the
Dementia. Issue which generally arises in the current scenario is in the regards of the role which
has been played by different nurses to manage the patient who are suffering from the same issue
in the market. Nurses are the one who generally used to assist the patient and help them in carry
out different activity way easily in Hospital. For the same reason the current report of the
company will look to blink some light on the same issue. Current report highlights the Aims and
objective of the project which study is looking to achieve in the market. After that report
highlights varieties of different sort of methodology which has been used by the scholar to
complete the project and seen good sort of the outcome in the market. After that report goes on
to highlights the different information which has been collected in the report with the help of
the primary data collection tool as well as secondary data collection tool. After that report goes
on to explain the different conclusion which has been drawn from the data analysis and on the
basis of the same different recommendation have been made. In the end the report highlights the

Rationale
There are variety of the different reason which has driven to select the recent topic for
conducting the study for the company. First reason which has prompt the scholar in selecting the
same topic to conduct the study is that these sort of the topic is generally trending in the market
hence it has driven the scholar to understand the same and conduct the research on the same in
the market. Another reason behind choosing the same topic is that scholar himself is having
good sort of the interest toward the same interest in the market as well. As a result scholar has
chosen the same topic to conduct the research in the market as scholar was very keen to build on
the knowledge which was possessed by the scholar in the past.
Significance
This report will bring variety of different significance for variety of different parties. This
study of the company will help the nurses and different interested parties in knowing the
solution of the trending issue in the current scenario. Another importance which will be seen by
the parties in the organization will be scholar as scholar will able to understand the different way

method, process and analysis tool which will be used to conduct the variety of the different
activities in the research. Different elements of Research Methodology are Research type,
Research approach, Research philosophy, Data analysis and sampling.

Research Type: A process or set of activities which are generally concentrated to find
out the solution of the issue which is generally faced by the company in general. In regards of
finding out the solution of the issue two research type are commonly consider by all the scholar
in general. Qualitative and Quantitative are two most recognized research type (Kumar, 2019).
Qualitative is one which finds solution in non numerical form as data look and consider by
organization is non numerical in nature. At the same time Quantitative data analysis and find out
the solution with the help of the Quantitative research type in general. In regards of the current
study Qualitative research type has been consider by the scholar it was justified by the scholar
that Qualitative research type has provided the in depth study to the scholar in context of
understanding role of nurses in managing and treating dementia patient. Also presenting solution
in numerical form was getting difficult for the scholar.
Research Approach: Research approach is regarded as approach which considers
looking at variety of the assumption in regards to the way data can be collected and analysed in
the project. Inductive and deductive are two most consider research approach. Inductive regards
as the one which consider looking and drafting the new theories in general on the basis of the
already derived or found result or outcome of research. On the same point of time deductive
approach is the one which looks at the already made theory or the theory which has been tested
by the different individual in the past. In regards to the current study Inductive research
approach has been consider by the scholar, justifying the same by highlighting that these
research approach will ultimately provide the support to the scholar in assisting the type of
research type selected and also help in drafting the Aim and objective so that on the basis of the
same whole study can be conducted very smoothly in the market.

Data collection: Data collection is regarded as a process in the research on the basis of
which outcome of the research is heavily depended. It has been identified that outcome of the
research heavily depended upon the Quality of the different data which has been collected in the
research. It has been identified that there are two premium medium of collecting the data namely
Primary and secondary data collection tool. Primary hear stands for the data which is collected
for very first time itself from the source of its occurrence. On the same note secondary data
collection regarded as a form of the data collection tool which looks at considering the data from
the sources who has collected the different data from the source who have collected the data for
their usage in the past. In regards to collecting the primary data for the study survey will be
conducted on the basis of the Questionnaire. Primary data will be collected from the 50 nurses
whom will be answering the Questionnaire. Questionnaire will contain the Open ended as well
as close ended Question so that good amount of the data can be collected. At the same time for
collecting the secondary data in the research scholar has consider looking at variety of the
different sort of the article and magazine which are related to the topic of the study.
Sampling: Sampling is regarded as process which looks at selecting the sample size or
number of the respondent so that on the basis of the same primary data can be collected in the
research. There are two type of sampling method which is generally used by the scholar in the
research namely probabilistic and non probabilistic sampling method (Snyder, 2019).
Probablistic sampling is regarded as a method in which all the respondent in the research are
provided with the equal opportunity to get selected in the sample size of the study. At the same it
has been understand that non probabilistic sampling is regarded as the one which do not provide
the equal opportunity to all respondent to get selected in the sampling size of the study. In
regards of the current study Simple random sampling method is used in Probabilistic sampling
method so that all respondent can be provided with the equal opportunity to get selected in the
sample size of the company. For the current study 50 nurses of NHS has been selected to collect
the primary data in the study.

Data Analysis: Process of understanding and interoperating the data in a way that it used
to provide the best understanding to the respondent. Process of analysing varieties of data
collected with the help of Data collection tool (Ulmer, 2017). There were variety of the different
option which was in front of me to use to analysis the variety of the different data which has
been collected through data collection tool. In regards of the current study the researcher has
shown the trust upon the thematic data analysis tool. Thematic Data analysis is the data analysis
tool which has been used by the scholar in the current study to analysis the variety of the data
which has been collected by the way of data collection tool. By using the thematic data analysis
tool different data has been presented and analysis by making variety of different table and
theme which generally used to present the data in more effective way.
Ethical Consideration: In the process of conducting the study for the client, scholar has
taken care of variety of the different sort of ethical consideration in the study. It has been
analysed that scholar has consider the variety of the different sort of the ethical consideration at
the time of conducting the study in the market. Scholar has taken the consent of all the
responded and on the basis of the same different decision is taken to collect the information.
After that scholar in the research also has make sure that there is good sort of confidentiality has
been maintain throughout the process of the research. Also researcher in the research has make
sure that in the process of conducting the study in the market research has not brought any sort
of the changes or affected the quality of the data in any way or the other in the market.
Research Limitation: Limitation is generally regarded as variety of the challenges
which is faced by the scholar in conducting the research for the company. Looking at the
limitation associated with the research it has been identified that scholar in general has identified
that the time which was allotted to complete the project was very limited in general. At the same
time with the help of the team member in the study scholar was able to complete the project on
time in the research as well. Another limitation which was identified in the research was in
regards of sourcing the variety of the data to conduct the research in the market (Cuervo‐Cazurra
and et.al.2017). It has been identified that by taking help of different senior and authority

Interpretation: Collected data and above presented data clearly gives the idea that nurses
and dementia sufferer generally used to have a god sort of the relationship in between. This
statement is passed on by the scholar by understanding the stats which has been collected as out
of pool of 50 nurses 46 of them has supported the statement in the survey by choosing yes as a
option in the survey. Whereas only 4 nurses in the survey has gone with the option of No. These
outcomes of the survey generally provide the evidence to the result which has been shown by the
Literature review section of the study as well. As author in the literature review explain that
nurses used to play variety of different sort of the role in context of managing the interest level
and health level of different sufferer in the market. As nurse in the market used to understand the
need of different individual and also all the different individual who is suffering with disease of
dementia.
