From the above mention report it has been concluded that

develop impact on the organisational productivity. For
collection of data by using primary method, there has been
questionnaire developed and fill from 50 chosen respondents.
Conclusion

 It is necessary for company to give the break to their staff
members so that they can take rest and also prepare
themselves about doing any activity in an effective manner
 It is necessary for employee to stay organised when this comes
to routine activities. Employee can organise the daily basis
activities through making to-do list
