In order to keep the performance stable of sales,company needs to adopt some productive style of strategies that helps to make the business newproductive. Overall, due to failed in proper performance systems employees get demotivated.1.3 Literature review.According toGallego-Álvarez, Segura and Martínez-Ferrero (2015)Sales management orthe department is the most crucial and vital within the organisation to earn profit revenue. Due to failure in the sales management orfails to meet the data to data task it directly affect the company performance that affect the salesprofit influences.
