It develops the impact on the organisational performance because it company will not hire the talented and capable employees then they are not able to perform in a better manner and this impacts on organisational productivity as well. Aim Aim of this research is “To examine approaches to talent management and its impact on organisational performance.” A study on The Ritz London. Objectives To understand concept of talent management. To determine the approaches of talent management and their importance. To identify the positive and negative impact of talent management on performance of The Ritz London. Questions What is talent management? METHODOLOGY Research methods Research methods are helpful in conducting the investigation in significant way. There are two different research methods such as qualitative and quantitative method. In present investigation, quantitative method will be used because this provides relevant information and accurate outcomes. Data collection There are primary and secondary two different data collection methods which help in give the better information. In performing research activities, primary method of data collection that helps in give the fresh and accurate information. In conducting present investigation, questionnaire will be used to collect data from primary sources. Sampling Random sampling method will be used to chose 40 respondents and these respondents are managers because they have better understanding about the activities and working culture of an organisation. 2
