Equality and diversity is the burning issue as many organisation are dealing with the same
issue. Due to diverse workplace culture companies many time fail to manage it properly that
affect working efficiency of company. Hence this topic is being selected for further research
so that suitable solution can be find out to manage cultural diversity at organisation. Research
has completed education in the same field hence have knowledge about it so this is an interest
area for scholar hence this topic has been selected for further investigation. Scholar has
knowledge and also has capability to handle diverse workforce. As individual has worked in
company as HR, from where researcher gained insight detail about significance of managing
cultural diversity in organisation. This skill and experience has encouraged the individual to
choose this topic for further investigation.

As per the view of Utoft, (2020) each organisation like to involve diverse workforce at one
place to gain more innovative ideas. Workplace diversity is helpful for business in managing
productivity in better manner. But it is very difficult for the management to deal with
different race, culture people. Hiring of diverse workforce helps in getting pool of talented
people those who can contribute well in the success of business unit. This is essential in
expansion of the firm. If organisations are having workers from different culture then it
supports in running operations in the global level in significant level.
Schmidt and et.al., (2020) argued that diverse workforce helps in aligning culture of
organisation in better manner and also it raises workplace management as well. In order to
manage this culture diverse workforce companies need to enhance communication at
workplace. Proper communication develop bond between employees and managers. That
supports in understanding each other and minimising confusion as well. By this way task can
be completed on time without any trouble. According to Aydin and Ozeren, (2020)
encouraging team by giving them rewards and recognition is another great way to manage
diverse workforce. If companies are motivating people by evaluating their performance and
giving them appraisal on the bases of their performance. Then it develops confidence among
them and they become loyal towards the brand and work hard to meet organisational
objectives.

What type of research approach and methodologies are you likely to use and why? What your
areas of research will cover:
Research methods are considered as most essential part of entire research project. Selection
of correct research methods helps the person in finding relevant information and reaching to
end result as well. In order to carry out this investigation researcher is going to use
interpretivism philosophy. This is most suitable tool and simple to use as well. By using this
techniques individual can involve theoretical information and can involve human resource
those who can answer research questions effectively. That would be better in generating
correct and accurate results (Rodríguez Domínguez, Pérez-Moreno and Durán, 2020).
Scholar is going to use inductive approach, it is considered as simple tool as
researcher needs not to include any kind of hypotheses and no statistical calculations are
required. Hence it would be simple and suitable approach that would help in answering
research questions of equality and diversity. Furthermore, investigator is going to apply
primary and secondary data collection sources in order to raise understanding about cultural
diversity at workplace. Primary source will be helpful in knowing current detail about
condition of companies about equality and diversity and secondary source would be
beneficial in evaluating information related to subject (Schwartz and et.al., 2020).
Questionnaire will be used as primary sources and books and journals will be used as
secondary source. In addition, researcher well use thematic analyses technique to analyses all
detail and reach to the meaningful results. Use of this method would be beneficial in
