industries and government worldwide for the movement of goods and services across countries.
It promotes a sense of social and cultural awareness of different countries and making the
international trade easier. For an organisation, globalisation is important for expand their
business operations and its functions in better manner. With the help of globalisation, it will
reduces the rate of poverty and unemployment in different countries (Globalization Challenges

directly affect on business operations and its functions effectively. It includes inconsistent moral
standards, increasing in customer expectations, costs and cultural rifts which affect business.
This topic is interesting which help in identify various advantages and disadvantages of
globalisation where company can easily expand their business operations and its functions. It
help an organisation for analyse whole market place in which they can easily identify customers
needs and wants in proper manner.
Global business environment can be defined as the environment in different sovereign
nations along with different factors to the domestic environment of an organisation which
influence on decision making on resources use and capabilities. There are two type of business
environment that includes internal environment and external environment.

Drawbacks – Globalisation has been linked in order to increasing inequalities among
income and wealth. There are various issues and problems occurs while enter in new market
place so that thy can easily establish their business operations. If respective firm does not
develop accurate structure as per the demand and requirement of country so this will create
major issue for smoothly run of business functions effectively. Another is leadership in which it
can be complex for businesses is to find effective organisational leadership with the appropriate
knowledge and skills.
Globalisation is the process of interacting, communicating and processing the business
operations while dealing with another country people. The global business environment help in
expanding business functions and activities in order to gain attention of large number of
customers. On the other hand, the major drawback of global business environment is to follow

market place. Over the years it has been analysed that due to increase in people's mobility, it has
greatly impacted the global economy in both the positive and negative manner.
Government has also removed the trade barriers in order to encourage companies to
expand business operations globally and earn huge profits by satisfying customer demands. This
way companies can export and import goods and services at large level and achieve high level of
profitability (Postelnicu and Dabija, 2015). Globalisation is the procedure which help businesses
in expanding their operations and functions at international level. This will help them in gaining
higher income and revenue by offering unique goods and services.

Definition of population

for gathering and collecting accurate data and information for completing report. In this project,
the sample size is 40 respondents who are giving their views and perceptions regarding company
products and services.
Findings
On the basis of above described report, it can be analysed that globalisation is the process
which help them in gaining attention of large number of customers. This will assist in reaching
with desired goals and targets in effective manner. Along with this, it can be used for managing
and maintaining all business operations which help them in reaching with desired organisation
objectives effectively. With the help of globalisation, company can expand their business
operations and its functions in order to gain high income and profitability. It can be find out that
globalisation assist in developing and building strong relation with their domestic as well
international customers.
