“The impact of Free Wi-Fi on maximising customer's satisfaction.” A study on Heathrow Airport. INTRODUCTION Digital technology refers to the branch of scientific and engineering knowledge, which deals with creation, and practical knowledge of using digital or computerized device. In current market, there is use of different types of digital technology such as social media, free Wi-Fi, etc.For conducting business operations. Digital technology is crucial because it assist in marketing activities, research and development activities, etc. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY In this research, quantitative research method is used to use scientific data for collecting and representing data In this study, descriptive method is used. This is the method in which all the aspects are disclosed in descriptive manner to acknowledge reader about impact of free Wi-Fi on consumer satisfaction. CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATION From the overall analysis of the project, it has been concluded that Amazon is a famous online retail brand, which is famous for its qualitative and fast services. The Major focused area of Amazon is to attaining higher growth andsuccesswithinthemarketplacethroughprovidingappropriate facilities to customers as per their need and demand. UK is considered as the third largest market for the growth and success of Amazon, thus company is concern on developing its operations within United Kingdom as to maintaining the sustainability of customers. Brexit on UK's enlistment procedure is that organizations having a place with this nation will concentrate on holding their current staff to diminish odds of creating deficiency of workers. So it is evaluated that mean is 5, standard deviation is 3 and range is 7. Recommendations From the above discussion, it is concluded that facility of free Wi-Fi at Heathrow airport assist in improving consumer satisfaction. There is requirement of Wi-Fi facilitytoconsumersdue toentertainmentpurpose,businesspurpose, etc. Therefore, people can use their spare easily. There are some issues as well such as security measures. So corrective measures has to be planned for it.
