INTRODUCTION
Event management is the application of project management to the creation
and development of large scale events like conferences, ceremonies,
weddings, festivals, formal parties, concerts etc. It is a procedure of
planning and coordinating that events is usually referred to as event
planning and which can include budgeting, scheduling, site selection,
acquiring necessary permits, coordinating transportation and parking etc
Research Aim
• To analyse the factors to be considered for event management of children's
birthday parties- A study on Touch Associates in UK.
Research Objective
• To explore the meaning and concept of event management
• To assess the significance of the event management
• To identify the factors that is to be considered for event management of
children's birthday parties
