expertise. On the other hand, workplace that enables the staff member to attain the work life
balance is motivating along with gratifying to workers which makes happy. A happy employee
that requires the work life balance are attained mainly stay with manager and also more
productive.

Other than this, IKEA group welcome all the dimensions of diversity. Diverse workforce

management support is also one of the main obstacles to the quality of working life. Other than

Unrealistic demands- Demands which arise at workplace and the life throw can easily

an organisation successfully to boost its workers 'productivity and motivation. It also strengthens
the corporate reputation and keeps staff properly. Work- life balance is a situation where there is
less conflict situation responsibility of the home and work. The effective work life balance is
helpful in make improvement in the organisational as well as family relations. It is also helpful in
make improvement in efficiency of working and also employee’s performance. Other than this,
work- life balance provides the better enrichment experience to the staff members and this can
lead to eliminating work- life conflict. It makes improvement in job performance through making

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
The methodology of research refers to a method that investigators systematically address
a study issue. This is basically the systematic method by which researchers describe, analyze and
forecast the study principle in terms of their work (Graham and Dixon, 2017). There are some
useful methods in research methodology mention below:
Research philosophy- There has been interpretivism philosophy used because this is
based on the qualitative method and provides the better way to collection as well as analyse of
data (Jiang and Men, 2017).
Research approach- There has been inductive research approach used because it is
helpful in evaluating and interpreting information is used to evaluate information or work-life
balance and enrichment experiences.
Research choice- In conducting the present research, there has been qualitative method
used as a mono method. This research choice is effective in using because it provides the better
understanding regarding the work life balance and the enrichment experience (Khan and Fazili,
2016).
Research strategy- Questionnaire has been used as part of the business analysis to gather
information on the work-life balance and enrichment experiences. The key reason behind
questionnaire is chosen because it helps researchers collect relevant and accurate information and
data without requiring additional time and costs (Lee and Sirgy, 2018).
Data collection and analysis- There has been primary data collection method used as
developing questionnaire. The main reason behind using the questionnaire is that it provides the
opinions of the chosen respondents. Questionnaire mainly designed so that this would be
answered through the selected respondents in an easy manner. The benefits of using
questionnaire are that questions included in questionnaire can easily understand through
respondents with tabulation of results (Lee and Sirgy, 2018). On the other hand, for analysis of
data, Microsoft Excel used for presenting data graphically. Themes have been developed on the
basis of collected data.

There are two major types of secondary and primary data collection methods. The
researchers conducted a questionnaire to collect well-defined information in a primary data
collection section in order to meet current research requirements. The key data collection tool
used to create a questionnaire has been used (Nilsson, Blomqvist and Andersson, 2017). The key
reason behind the application of the primary method is that it offers new and reliable knowledge
on the particular subject. At the other hand, research has been collected through secondary
methods and the researchers will use books, websites, online articles, magazines, etc.
Time horizon- In conducting the present investigation, there has been cross- sectional
time horizon used because in this time was use in this investigation over specific period of time.
Other than this, focus of the cross sectional time horizon is one current situation.

Sampling- There are two sampling methods that are called probability and non-
probability. All methods are effective but probability sampling is used in order to perform
current investigations, as it allows an investigator to pick a sample from a larger and random
population. 50 respondents were selected through this sampling technique (Ollier-Malaterre,
2016).

RESEARCH OUTCOMES
Various approaches of work-life balance and enrichment experience
It has been examined from the information mentioned in literature review that works life
balance and the employee enrichment experience both are the necessary aspects in business. It is
related to balance among the personal and professional life of an employee. Different approaches
of work life balances have been discussed like active balance, harmful balance, passive balance
and beneficial balance. These all are effective in managing the work life balance of employees
and enrichment experience.
As contrary to this, Work- life balance is helpful in managing the work of the employees
in context to personal as well as professional manner. From managing this employee can get the
enrichment experience and this can develop the positive impact on the organisational
productivity. Other than this, sometime if the employees are not able to manage their work and
face complexities then this develops the negative impact on them and organisational
productivity.
Barriers to implementation of work- life balance and enrichment experiences
There has been discussed about the barriers or issues which are faced through company in
executing of work life balance in better manner. They face the issues related to Unrealistic
demands and Unsupportive relationships. The issues or barriers develop the negative impact on
experience of employees along with the organizational performance.
It has been argued that work life challenges could apply to the life or work situations. It is
necessary to employee to deal with all the challenges in a better manner related to work life
balance as well as enrichment experience. There is a need to employee to set the prioritise goal
that need to attain firstly. On the other hand, employees should accept situation and also manage
the change effectively.
Relationship between work life balance and enrichment experience and organizational
productivity

This has been analysed from literature review part that work life balance stated that
workers adjust workplaces to better match work with specific fields and to achieve sustainable
growth and efficiency in the long term. It has been studied that there is a direct link between
work-life balance and experience enhancement and business performance. The organizational
balance helps a company boost efficiency and morale of its employees successfully. It also
enhances the image of the organization and retains its employees.
As contrary to give statement that sometimes employee feel frustrated from the work and
not able to manage its personal as well as professional work. This develops the negative impact
on the organisational productivity. So, there is a need to management to give the work to
employees according to their experience or interest area so that they can able to perform and
manage the work life balance along with the organisational productivity.
Findings to Stakeholders
Stakeholders involve those which are supportive for research and also those who are less
supportive or interested in it. In an investigation, the main purpose of stakeholder analysis to
determine the project stakeholders and also about their interest in project. The stakeholders of
research consists employees, customers, researcher, management and other stakeholders. Under
this, there is a need to an investigator or an organisation to provide all the information and
outcomes about the research investigation because they are interested in project because they are
interested in outcomes and also involved in the research project.

CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATIONS
Conclusion
From the above mention report it has been concluded that present report given the
information regarding work life balance and the enrichment experience. These both aspects
develop impact on the organisational productivity. To collect the data and information in
literature review, there have been secondary sources used such as books, articles and others. For
collection of data by using primary method, there has been questionnaire developed and fill from
50 chosen respondents.

The present research has been taken into consideration on approached regarding the work
life balance and the enrichment experience. Regarding this, there are some recommendations
mentions below:
 It is necessary for company to give the break to their staff members so that they can take
rest and also prepare themselves about doing any activity in an effective manner. From
this, employee can able to work effectively and also maintaining the work life balance in
an effective manner.
 It is necessary for employee to stay organised when this comes to routine activities.
Employee can organise the daily basis activities through making to-do list. This helps in
save the time and the employee will feel relaxed.
 This is required for company to allot the work to staff members that is suitable for them
or according to their interest area. From this, employees will perform their work or
activities in a better manner and also not to worry about the work or develop stress
anymore.

Reflection
The current study is focused Influence of approaches of work-life balance and enrichment
experiences on organizational productivity. In this way, I am glad to undertake this study by
adding entire ethical aspects or standards to ensure that they are more true and accurate. As a
researcher, I have used a variety of techniques and methods to obtain reliable data and
information. In this present investigation, I used the qualitative methodology because this helps
in provide the theoretical information regarding the particular subject area. I used the inductive
research approach as this helps in analysing the opinions of different researcher and give the
positive outcomes. For collection of data, there has been primary method of data collection used
and developed questionnaire in it. There has been questionnaire developed for collecting the data
from large sample size in order to get the relevant as well as reliable information within less time
period. However, this work is also important to me by improving my study skills such as time
management, data collection, interpretation of data, literature review etc.
Besides that, I have faced other difficulties in carrying out the investigation such as not
having enough time, lack of money or resources and several others. Such obstacles have a
negative impact on the study findings as a whole. To address these issues, I was given a
comprehensive strategy that involves all events or tasks that are performed successfully and
efficiently in completing the full dissertation. This makes it easier for me to draw accurate and
reasonable conclusions.
Alternative methodology
In the present investigation, questionnaire has been used as methodology because it helps
me in gathering the information and data within limited period of time. It is because the fund and
the time that is provided to me is not enough, but as the current subject was broad, I needed to
gather data from group of people so that the actual evidence or rationale of the investigation's
goals and objectives could be seen more easily. As an alternative methodology, interview can be
used. The key justification for the potential use of interviews is that they provide accurate and
relevant data on the area of research in future. It take more time and costly process.


