INTRODUCTION
Talent management is an essential aspect for an organisation that mainly include purpose related
to attracting, retaining and managing talent within an organisational workplace structure. In this,
human resource manager has significant responsibility to recruit, select, guide and
developemployee’s skills and knowledge in order to make them compatible with organisational
goals and objectives (Neri and Wilkins, 2019). Talent management effectively facilitate
company to maximize performance and productivity of employees. This help organisation to
maximize their competitiveness in industry and perform their roles and responsibilities with
talented workforce. Employees are most important asset for an organisation. Thus, with the help
of managing their performance and productivity organisation can maximize their growth and
development opportunities in future.
Present report has been conducted on automotive industry in which investigation is
conducted on Aston Martin. This organisation is operating as a British multinational
manufacturer of luxury sports car and was founded in the year 1913. The report conducted on
talent management which is one of the most important aspect for organisation through which
they can manage performance of their employees to fulfil organisational goals and objectives
efficiently.
