This study will be discussedabout the legislations in health and social care and its impact on service user as well. For this,researcher make as well as undertake research objectives and questions in order to attain positiveoutcomes. As it is important for everyhealth care organization to implement all the legislations within their activities in order to attainpositive response from service users. Royal Papworth hospital NHS Foundation trust is theselected organization for carry out the research in this the main aim of this organization toprovide quality services as per patients requirements. As it reduce cost of health care, improving quality of life,reduce wastage relate with healthcare, improving quality level of the services. All these are mainfactors that contribute in making people life free from any kind of health issues and problems. C) Ways by which legislations promote right of service users in Royal Pap worth HospitalAs per point of view of Drake and Latimer, E., (2012), Legislations are play crucial rolein promoting rights of service users by establishing positive environment for them. With the helpof this, hospital can easily feel them secure and protected. Along with this, code of practice andlegislation help organization to protecting clients health issues and provide them long termprotection from any kind of health issues. In this context, there are some principle such asequality act, human right act, safeguarding act and so on to make their aware towards theservices and policy as well. 1.4 Research project specificationIt is one of the important part of research as it relate with aims and objectives of theinvestigation.
