this organisation is having online and offline clothing stores and they provide clothes for men,
woman and children . H&M associated with 82 counties in world wide and they are operating
almost 4500 stores and around 132000 employees are working for this company .H&M
providing online services through mobile app and website and 33 counties can access this
website and application online. A biggest achievement for company is that they are 2 largest
retailer in all over the world.

Apart from this, for conducting the aspects of such investigation questionnaire method is
best for data collection. It include several questions related to research topic which help in
identifying views and thoughts of people related to selected research topic. Alternative method
that can be use by researcher for conducting research will be face to face interview but is is not
utilising. Because there is requirement of huge funds for conducting interview session as well as
need much time. Thus, it is time consuming as well as expensive process because of that not
utilising by researcher.
Recommendation
As per the above performed investigation it has been found that H&M have to experience
several benefits as well as drawbacks while working within the global business environment that
may influence the quality of work as well as image it has in marketplace. Hence in order to deal
with such issues following measures can be undertaken by H&M:
It has been recommended to H&M that for improving their operations they have to do
things in simple manner as well as resolve major issues facing by company or employers.
So that, daily basis operations will be conduct in effective manner as well as result in
accomplishing operational goals. Along with this, Trend get modify easily so it is
necessary for H&M to always remain with trends because things happen inside or outside
directly impact operations of respective organisation. In addition to this, manager and
leader have to motivate staff members so they will perform daily basis operations within
effective manner and result in accomplishing organisation predetermined goals and
objectives.
H&M must focuses toward conducting market research before entering into new market
as it support in determining the number of threats as well as challenges that are present in

market and may affect the operations performed by company. This also support in
determining the need and expectation of customers toward company so that proper
strategies can be formulated regarding the work to be performed for accomplishment of
research goals and objectives.
H&M must hire a legal consultant which support in providing the recommendations
regarding the manner in which operations must be performed and standards to be
consider while delivering the services and performing operations. This help in ensuring
the working practices must be performed in ethical and reliable manner which help in
avoiding the legal compliance that may affect the brand image.

I am glad to gain the opportunity for working on such a broader concept i.e. “The benefits
and drawbacks of a global business environment” which support in enhancing my knowledge
regarding the globalisation and manner in which it support a company to enhance its market
position. By conducting this investigation I become able to enhance my researcher skills by
getting knowledge regarding several tools and technology that can be used to p0erform
investigation in effective manner. While performing this investigation I found several issues such
as time provided for investigation was very limited, respondents are not interested in providing
information in right manner and some of them has refused to provide information. But despite of
all such issues I tried my best to provide more authenticated and reliable information. To deal
with the time issue I have used questionnaire which help in gathering more information from
larger number of people and at less time period.
