Further, it requires tohave different departments like chef, employees, receptionist, etc. who have to work togethertowards common goal (Bucolo and Matthews, 2011 ). In all the business activities, it consistsmaking use of digital technology as it helps in improving the quality of services for customers.However, in all these aspects, it requires to have proper monitoring to be done so that the areas inwhich improvement is to be made are identified. As per the findings made, employees should beprovided with training and development. Davidson and Vaast, (2010) stated that there are many modifications that has taken placewith regards to with technology. It requires the hotel to realize the benefits that they get whennew technology is used. It is being identified that there are definite set of problems that areidentified in which implementation of technology becomes difficult. In this context, one of theprimary difficulty is related with planning the cost that will be incurred (Obeidat and Abu-Shanab, 2010). When new or updated technology is implemented, then it is important thatemployees are provided with proper training so that they will be able to develop their skills andcapabilities. Apart from this all the workers face issues in accepting the changes that
management is willing to implement. In such condition, it is important that appropriate steps aretaken so that all the employee accepts the changes that business is willing to implement.There are many type of business activities that are performed within hotels in which thereare changes and improvements that are made so that high quality services can be delivered toservice users (Andriole, 2012). When there are improvement that are made by the business sothat they are able to understand the requirement of customers and deliver them services as pertheir need and requirements. In addition to this, it is also identified that all the employees are notable to adjust with the changes immediately and so it required to have healthy interaction fromthe side of management so that all the workers are able to adjust with the changes effectively andefficiently.
