The potential aim of this present study is “To determine the significance of managing culture diversity
and influence over enhancing business performance”. A case study on Zeneca.
Research objectives (e.g what is the question you want to answer? What do you want to learn how
to do? What do you want to find out?):
Research objectives are defined to be the most imperative aspect of investigation, thus it mainly relay
upon the aim of the research as it is significant in providing suitable direction to the work to attain
significant results. The appropriate objectives of this present analysis are defined as under:
To develop recognition in regards to the conceptualisation of equality and diversity in the context
of business.
To explore the important of managing cultural diversity within an organisation.
To examine the potential impact of cultural diversity on the performance of Zeneca.
To identify the challenges that are faces by Zeneca in managing diversity at workplace.
Research Questions
Research questions are evaluated as the another key aspect of research which is mainly interconnected
with the aim and objectives of the research, thus it is significant in providing wider assistance to the
investigation via taking initiative in executing literature review in effective manner. The suitable
questions of this present research are defined as under:

What are the important of managing cultural diversity within an organisation?
Which kind of impact does cultural diversity has over the performance of Zeneca?
What challenges are faces by Zeneca in managing diversity at workplace?

Reasons for choosing the project (e.g links to other subjects you are studying, personal interest,

The investigation into actual action is based on determining the significance of managing culture
diversity and influence over enhancing business performance; therefore, it is a wide investigation area
which provides suitable assistance to the researcher to provider wider knowledge base in relation to the
area of cultural diversity and equality. The potential intention for executing the research is the individual
interest of the researcher, thus the investigator wants to enhance their own ability to in relation to the
area of discrimination and its influence over the operators of the business. Furthermore, the another
basic intention for execution of the study is that, cultural diversity is determined to be the another key
issue which is being faced by the businesses and needs proper recognition to execute operations in viable
manner. This study is also effective in exploring an individual personal as well as professional skills in
relation to the area of cultural diversity which would be effective in conducting future projects in more
liable manner.

that each individual has an equal priority and opportunity to create the most of their lives and talents. In
another work, equality also defined as the aspect which ensure people or group of people are not treated
differently or less favourably that are in consist over assorted characteristic involving race, disability,
gender, sexual orientation and religion and so on. In addition to this, Diversity is defined as the term in
which individual are hired who may be belongs from different culture, background, age, gender, sexual
orientation, thus, in this context of large business organisations the management of the business is
