because there are ample number of cases that came in front of discrimination related acts
that usually took place among hospitality organizations that are performing at international
level (Segovia-Pérez and et. al., 2019) . Abe with this, if it is talked about the skills, research skills
along with time management and problem solving are said to be some of the crucial skills
that can easily be improved after conducting investigation on the chosen topic. On the other
hand if it is talk about the future plans, then this topic that has been taken into consideration
will automatically help in taking right decisions if any sort of discrimination is seen in the
