Introduction
Recruitment and selection refers to process of determining
requirement of job, determining needs of position and selecting
appropriate person for vacant job position. These two are the
necessary functions of human resource. Recruitment is overall
process of short-listing, attracting, choosing and also appointing
the suitable persons job jobs within companyselection is process
of choosing right candidate who is suitable for vacant job
position in company.
